Data is available for Medicare-certified hospices through the period of April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2017, and contains nine HIS measures and eight patient experience measures: Treatment preferences, Beliefs/Values Addressed, Pain screening, Pain assessment, Dyspnea screening, Dyspnea treatment, Patient treated with an opioid who are given bowel regiments, Communication with family, Getting timely help, Treating patient with respect, Emotional and spiritual support, Help for pain and symptoms, Training family to care for patient, Rating of hospice care, and Willingness to recommend this hospice.
