NASHVILLE, TN – July 17, 2018 – PlayMaker Health, an industry leading post-acute growth platform serving hundreds of organizations nationwide, has acquired viaDirect Solutions, a provider of market intelligence and data analytics for the post-acute sector.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. viaDirect principals John Kiehl and Ginger Voss join the PlayMaker leadership team, with Kiehl leading the data analytics strategy and Voss managing strategic partnerships. John Griscavage remains as chief executive officer.
“Actionable data is the foundation of the PlayMaker growth strategy. ViaDirect delivers incredible data insights that forward-thinking providers can leverage to drive significant business development,” says Griscavage. “Incorporating their market intelligence and data analytics into our purpose-built post-acute platform gives our current and potential clients the most comprehensive view of their market, from untapped referral sources to opportunities for expansion. John and Ginger bring a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to PlayMaker Health. It made perfect sense for us to join forces and add strategic value for our clients and partners.”
“Since the beginning of viaDirect, we had a goal of developing CRM functionality,“ explains Ginger Voss, now Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with PlayMaker Health. “PlayMaker is the most well-regarded platform in the industry, so we were excited for the opportunity to merge our solutions. Combining our resources and experience allows us to stay at the forefront of post-acute data innovation.”
To better reflect its commitment to delivering the most comprehensive growth platform for post-acute care, the company has also refined its brand, company name, and website. The company is now known as PlayMaker Health.
“As an organization that’s dedicated to helping post-acute care providers improve visibility and market performance, we realized PlayMaker needed to evolve as the industry and our partners evolved,” says Griscavage. “The updated name, site, and brand identity represents the next phase of our development as a leader in post-acute business growth.”
